A Real Live Post

My apologizes to those of you who stumbled over here and got ad on your shoes. This girl's got bills, mountains and mountains of bills. I thought I'd try something new. If this doesn't work, I'll put a paypal button up there in the corner and maybe someone will take pity on me. It's just too darn cold out to bundle TOF up and go panhandle at the exit ramp of the interstate, besides Whynot took my car keys to work with him today. I'm having flashbacks to a previous life where someone used to do that on purpose to confine me to the house. ACKKKKKKK.

I'm lazy, the holidays always make me lazy. Short chopped up weeks and I lose all sense of structure. No craft today, no theme. We played Twister, watched the resident squirrel, Cheddar, eat sunflower seeds. We saw a possum, or is it an opossum, walking in my neighbors' yard. And the worst sign of my laziness......the tv is on, commercial tv!! Beautiful, hypnotizing commercial tv. Thank you NOGGIN, thank you Oswald. I have a half hour. Then I can start lunch and think of nap time and then before I know it, it will be 5:30 and time for my dentist appointment.

The sun is shining and all the snow and ice have melted, the river in the street has dried up too. At some point, probably right after lunch we are going outside for some fresh air. It'll make us nap better. Naps are very important! Naps are NOT negotiable! You will nap! Until 1st grade!

You want Christmas pictures? I have some pictures.

There are very few pictures of me, because they mostly look like this!
Miller Lite has become a HUGE joke for us.

Durwood and Augie Dawgs

Ink Man and TOF. $63,000 in gifts and they are playing with bubble wrap.

Whynot

Newman, Glitter Gurl and TOF

I know, you're all thinking WHAT A BUNCH OF MISFITS! But they're all mine and I love 'em!

I'll leave you with the NUMERO UNO reason we try NOT to watch commercial tv during the day. Very disturbing! Don't say I didn't warn you

Looks like everyone had a great time!!!! There's hardly ever any pics of me either, but that's because I'm the one behind the camera... LOL

Have a great day!

Bubble wrap was a hit over here too! Forget the Wii, let's pop bubbles!

One of the gifts passed around this year was a bubble-wrap key chain… no kidding, you just pop the buttons on it and every now and then it makes a random sound. We played Russian Roulette and passed around the key chain waiting to see who would get the random noise.

I love the pictures! I need to get some up on my blog... but I am feeling very lazy right now and it would require a lot of editing me out of the pictures LOL

LOL! about the bubble wrap. I just read about this guy who invented a bubble wrap calendar. You get to pop one bubble a day for a whole year. But who can just pop one?? lol

And I HATE THAT SHOW!! My dh got the girls hooked, and I dread it every day!!

What's not to love? You have a wonderful family and, from the looks of it, a great holiday.

And isn't it the truth...millions of dollars in toys and all the kids care about is the box that the item came in (after you spent hours trying to wrestle the said item from the cardboard) and the bubble wrap. It just isn't fair to Santa! :)

There is not a long enough show to put on all I ate this Christmas. I had a happy tummy, too. Thank God for Rolaids. You look beautiful in your picture and the others were great!

I feel your pain with Yo Gaba Gaba. I can not stand that show, but my children like it. I find it strange.

I can't STAND Yo Gabba Gabba. If I were to ever have to go to prison, instead of solitary, they could just put that on a loop to torture me. Seriously.

Love all the pics! Merry Christmas & Happy New Year friend!
