Would You Like Me More If I Had Presents?

The new Fiber One yogurt has food expert Lisa Lillien aka Hungry Girl's seal of approval. With only 50 calories and FIVE!! grams of fiber, it's also a great source of calcium and vitamins A and D. Fiber One yogurt is available in a variety of yummy flavors such as strawberry, peach, vanilla and Key Lime pie.

I've got a $1 off coupon for all my readers and three lucky readers will receive a gift bag compliments of MyBlogSpark. Just leave me a comment telling me about a kid friendly, healthy snack you like to pack in your child's school lunch. For one extra entry, follow me on Twitter and leave a comment. Want better odds? Well you know I don't pack lunches since I have no kids, but for my own healthy snack, I love celery with fat free cream cheese mised with scallions. Mmmmm, eating it now.
I also follow you and plan to tweet this in a sec.

Oh and by the way, I like you...presents or not. Just dont forget me during harvest (lol).

Tink is about to start preschool and is SUPER picky, so it looks like I will be packing lunch and snacks every day. I'm sure there will be lots of bananas, sliced apples, frozen yogurt sticks and peanut butter on crakers as snacks going in her bag.

But I don't pack kids lunches yet! I do love to take yogurts on the go, or apple slices. Cooper loves 'um.

I like cottage cheese with salsa and chili powder and tortilla chips. Maybe not so much low calorie unless you make your own chips though. I'm a follower of your twitter and blog!

Sure, I'm game for a little Fiber One swag.
Can you really call Fiber One swag?
Either way, count me in.
BTW, I'm following you on twitter and I will follow your blog too, when I actually get back to blogging.

Oh yeah - healthy snacks?
I no longer have a little guy to pack for, but we are trying to eat healthier here at work, so its fruit and carrot sticks for snacks.
Well, we try......

A healthy snack?

Apples! Although my kids hate the skin on their apples. So I take extra care NOT to peel them! ;-)

I'm all about the bananas -- and some kiwi with the spife! I love the fruit with their own packaging, and luckily the wee ones do, too!

MRM, I'd like you better if you'd just post more often! I miss you these days!!

As far as healthy snacks... do cookies count?! I kid. Lately I've been packing the kids fresh fruit like blueberries, plums or watermelon. They love the melon but it's tricky to put in a lunchbox without making a mess. When the yummy fruit goes out of season I pack hummus and carrots or cucumbers. And of course a cookie :)
