Progress

Remember this?

Well now it looks like this:

Very neatly cut 6 x 6 squares. For me that is progress. Baby steps. Hehehe, get it? Baby steps for a baby quilt.

Step Two: Piecing 126 of those little suckers together. Wish me luck. I'll keep you posted, IF I manage to keep my sanity.

I can't even picture what you're going to try to do with those. Personally, I think it would make me sadder to count how many I had to do than to just do them -- yikes! Good luck!

My sister just had a baby boy and we did a monkey themed nursery! You have good taste :)

Now I'm sure I'll have a duplicate one for my sister, say... next week?!

Thanks, MRM!!

The quilt is practically going to make itself at this point, MRM. If it doesn't, I hear big safety pins holding a quilt together are very in vogue...

if only in my little mind. :)
