I have two giveaways going on right now, HERE and HERE.
Before bed I take some mystery meat out of the freezer and place it in the fridge to thaw.
The next morning when grabbing the cream for my first cup of coffee, I see the meat and remember that I need to use it to make something that will resemble dinner later that evening.  I scan the fridge to see what else might accompany this mystery meat and spy some celery and carrots.   Perfect.  Above mentioned meat will now be called pot roast.  In the crock pot.
Several hours go by and now I’m making breakfast for the boys.   There’s the meat again, still in the fridge.  I pour their little glasses of milk, dish out some oatmeal and fresh berries, from the fridge, where the meat is still stored.
You can read the rest of this post over at The Chicago Moms.   Please stop by and leave me some comment love to help restore my sanity.

Oh yes, that happens to everyone whose brain has been freeze dried! And you're right, the only cure is the arrival of May 1. Hope we last til then. :-)
